With services including UX Research, UI & Creative Design, Web Development, and Project Delivery, we combine insight, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver all-encompassing digital solutions.
We are a looking for a UX Researcher who can demonstrate understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive, user friendly designs.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2:1 classification in a design, Business or IT related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in conducting various user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and ethnographic studies.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, and the ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Identify pain points and create elegant UX solutions to technical challenges to ensure enhanced user experience and seamless user journeys.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain deep insights into user behaviour, needs, and motivations.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of user interfaces and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather user feedback for rapid iteration.
- Analyse and synthesize research findings and data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that will inform UX/UI design decisions.
- Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies.
