We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to join our Real Estate team.
This is the perfect role for someone with a background in insurance, having worked in a Handler type role and looking to join an established, market leading insurance broker.

We will rely on you to:
- Request and analyse underwriting information
- Support Client Executives with the preparation of Claims Reports
- Prepare market presentations and renewal documents ensuring renewal strategy is reflected
- Work with Client Executives on Renewal strategy activities and placement
- Assist in preparation of client renewal reports
- Manage premium billing, collection, settlement in accordance with company targets
- Prepare and issue renewal documentation including the creation of invoices, evidence of cover documentation and renewal policy documentation.
- Act as first point of contact within service team for day to day client insurance queries
- Administer midterm changes to risk
- Attend Client and Insurer meetings as requested
- Assist in the preparation of reports on specific projects, as requested
- Any other specified tasks as directed by management adhering to agreed timescales
What you need to have:
- Enjoy working within a culture of continuous improvement, from both an individual and team focus
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulate with strong client facing abilities
What makes you stand out
- Willingness to work towards Cert CII qualification
- Insurance experience
- Excellent Microsoft skills specifically with Excel
