Description

We are currently seeking diligent and responsible individuals to join our team as Waking Watch Fire Marshals.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of buildings undergoing fire safety remediation works, particularly those affected by the removal of unsafe cladding.

Conduct regular patrols and inspections of designated areas within the building to detect and respond to any fire hazards, security breaches, or safety concerns.
Monitor and report any signs of fire, smoke, or unusual activity to emergency services and relevant authorities promptly.
Assist residents in safely evacuating the building in the event of an emergency, following established evacuation procedures.
Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate effectively with property management, building maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols.
Provide assistance and support to residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to fire safety measures and procedures.

- rior experience in fire safety, security, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant and alert during overnight shifts.
A proactive and responsible attitude towards safety, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of fire prevention and emergency response.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
Certification in Fire Safety Awareness or Fire Marshal training is advantageous but not essential.
