Are you an energetic and ambitious Finance professional looking for a new challenge?

Venture Recruitment Partners are looking for a commercially-minded Financial Planning Accountant who would like the opportunity to work with one of Bournemouth's best known SMEs.

As a Sunday Times '100 Best Company to Work For', the business have strived to create a supportive work atmosphere that champions progression.

You'll work alongside the Finance Director who is keen to see individuals progress as the business continues to grow.

Liaising closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will prepare daily rolling forecasts to shape business decision making and commercial strategy.

You'll also monitor company budgets, preparing financialmodels with scenario analysis to influence potential acquisitions and project prioritisation.
