Mountain and its umbrella companies cover a diverse section of responsibilities including supporting SARC and custody suites across the country, NHS data analysis, court support and more.


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with solid previous HR/People experience where you will work as part of our wider HR/People team, supporting Mountain Healthcare and our umbrella companies.


The HR Advisor role will specifically support the business partners across the companies with a range of activities whilst maintaining several personal responsibilities to help drive the business forward.


Some key responsibilities include:


  • Providing advice and support on any issues which have HR/People related content
  • Maintain high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct
  • Delivery of longerterm projects / business change
  • Ad hoc reporting and key registration management
  • Support business leaders with procedural or absence meetings
  • Maintain staff files and liaise with other key departments where required
  • Contract letters and amendments
  • Continual review of policy and process changes affecting our existing practices

Essential Skills
Applicants must have a minimum of one years' experience as a HR Advisor and CIPD qualification.
