Our client is looking to recruit a Pricing Manager to join our at Redditch.

The role would suit an individual who has strong costing, pricing, numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to adjust costing and pricing methodologies to suit differentcustomer/seasonal/market conditions.

Pricing Manager Key Responsibilities include:
- *Create pricing and costing models, publish tariffs and rate cards, to cater for national and international trading needs.

  • Purchasing & Supply chain negotiation with both clients and supply agents.
  • Manage company pricing strategies, analyse performance, adjust to maximise performance
  • Provide guidance and support across the company and be the point of reference for pricing scenarios
  • Create and prepare analytical reports on pricing/cost performance.
The successful Pricing Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • ** Financial modelling and analytical skills.
*Commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

  • Global knowledge and experience of shipping and agent networks.
  • Experience of tariff-based costing and pricing

Excellent organisation and administration skills, with strong attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability and confidence to build effective relationships with clients, agents, account holders and third party agents - often dealing with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task.

People management desirable although not required.

Professional and proactive approach with a 'can do attitude'.

IT literate with high level Excel skills to include pivot tables and data extraction
*Experience of Imports, Exports and working across multiple currencies would be an advantage.
