We now require a smart, dynamic and helpful Data Administrator to support our Commercial, Sales Operations and Finance departments. A learning mindset with a questioning and open mind is vital.The role will involve working with a wide range of individuals, and requires someone who is adaptable, happy with shifting priorities, but is also organised and has an eagle eye for detail, especially with numbers.
This role will suit individuals who enjoy a broad range of activities, willing to work autonomously at times, but also working closely with colleagues.
The role

Collecting and supplying commercial & advertising data on a regular basis, in order to assist the commercial team in their strategic planning and day-to-day decision making

Collecting sales data, promotions and marketing spend on a monthly basis, to support the Finance Manager with the financial reporting

Updating stock levels for all products on all channels & regions on a weekly basis in order to assist us with production and replenishment planning

Updating data regarding batches, to help us with our batch tracking process

Reconciling production reports against internal production schedule

Conducting ad hoc audits regarding shipping costs, FBA fees, COGS, etc.

Supporting our HR department with specific admin tasks

- Educated to Alevel with a minimum B grade in GCSE maths
