About Us:


Wigmore Smiles & Aesthetics is an exciting new Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in the heart of Wigmore, Luton and is looking for a Dental Hygienist or Hygienist / Therapist to join their experienced and friendly team.


This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing clinic from its pre-opening stage and contribute to the success of a thriving new business.

Scope to expanding into therapy with training under the supervision of an experienced Dentist.

Friendly and supportive team with mentoring and clinical support available


Modern surgery for the sole use of the hygienist, fully computerised using Dentally software, digital x-rays, OPG, iTero and air polisher available.

and has long term qualified dental nurses.

Full time and chair side nursing support will be provided throughout to ensure you have all the time needed to provide a high-quality service to your patients


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Perform dental prophylaxis and scaling
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
  • Document patient's medical history and dental charting
  • Maintain patient records and patient charts
  • Assist in providing patient care and instruction on oral hygiene techniques

Requirements:


  • Demonstrable communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Punctuality
  • GDC Registration
  • Personal Indemnity Insurance
  • Minimum experience of 1 year
