Our client who operate in the IT industry are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.


The Customer Service Coordinator is an important part of the Team, assigning tasks and making sure that all the technicians and engineers are working efficiently and scheduled properly to make sure all work is flowing along nicely and clients are supported.


Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Use a Ticketing System to manage and monitor all Clientfacing activity
  • Schedule and Assign the Work-Load Across the Team so they are working efficiently
  • Make sure that the team are meeting Internal SLAs and any SLAs they have with clients
  • Extract KPIs and other reports for the Team
  • Manage client expectations to ensure that the Team can deliver on what is promised
  • Improve customer service, perception and satisfaction
  • Report the utilisation of support resources to the Service Delivery Manager

About You;

  • 2 year working in a customer service/customer support or tech support role
  • Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
  • Experience in Scheduling and Resource Management (highly desired)
  • IT Literate
  • Drivers license
  • The ability to speak both iT savvy and non IT savvy people
  • The ability to keep up with & adapt to the fastpaced IT world

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North Shields: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
