Full time - 35 hours

Salary £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid remote in Canterbury or remote, depending on the successful applicant.

  • East Kent Rape Crisis Centre_ is looking for a passionate, committed, and experienced individual who will be responsible for managing the endtoend grant process, understanding grant requirements for trusts and foundations, and increasing individual and group contributions by building relationships and exploring new fundraising opportunities for EKRCC.


This role is open to those with a HND Qualification or a qualification/ experience in marketing, media and/or business skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Motivate and facilitate supporters to maximise the funds they raise.
  • Inspire new support.
  • Organise traditional fundraising activities with the Volunteer Manager and communitybased fundraising Team.
  • Maternity cover of managing and supporting the community fundraisers.
  • Develop new fundraising activities and ideas.
  • Organise events.
  • Raise awareness of the charity.
  • Develop and coordinate webbased fundraising, online auctions, and merchandise sales.
  • Increase funds by researching and targeting charitable trusts.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for individual and cooperative supporter recruitment development.
  • Carry out risk analysis and balance cost ratios to focus effort on the fundraising activities.
