An opportunity has arisen to join the Voids & Allocations Team at Northampton Partnership Homes.

Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation, formed in January 2015 that manages over 11,000 homes on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council.


The demand for social housing is extremely high, therefore you will be committed to working with the team and partners to achieve common goals and ensure the assessment and verification of customers circumstances remains a high priority.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and take responsibility for assisting the team to meet the key performance indicators as set out by Northampton Partnership Homes and West Northamptonshire Council.

There will be a requirement to support and cover the responsibilities of the other officers within the wider Housing Management Team when required to do so which may include attending joint visits to applicants who may require additional support.


It will be necessary to work on various projects to maintain the performance of the Rehousing function and the processes and procedures detailed in the West Northamptonshire Councils Allocations Policy.

An ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced team environment will be vital to enable a high level of excellent customer service is delivered.
