Weldricks Pharmacy have a number of exciting opportunities for customer focussed individuals to join our growing team of Team Managers in Doncaster.

This role is working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 6:00 to 12:00 and 12:15 to 18:15 with some weekend work as required.

What will you be doing?

Our Team Managers are key in ensuring that Weldricks Pharmacy provide customers and patients with the highest quality care and advice within the communities our branches operate.

Joining our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the branch team to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable branch focusing on customer service and company KPI's.

You will work collaboratively with other branches, Area Managers, PharmacySupport and the wider business to support company growth and success.

What do you need?

You will enjoy working in a fastpaced environment with a variety of colleagues and skill levels. Effective communication skills for all levels in the business is key.
Acting with integrity, commitment and loyalty to the business and the team, we are seeking an adaptable and innovative individual.
