Turndown Room Attendant required for a brand-new 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in London's vibrant West End, Central London, salary £23,000 to £28,000 plus service charge and excellent benefits.

As the Turndown Room Attendant, your main responsibility will be to fulfil all the servicing needs of guests, adhering to the Hotel's high service standards before the evening occupancy.

Within your role as the Turndown Room Attendant, you will ensure that every guest has a memorable stay by providing special amenities to enhance their overall comfort and enjoyment.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience as a Turndown Attendant or Room Attendant in a similar 4Star or 5Star Luxury Hotel.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
