Description

Principle Responsibilities Provide support to the PCN Manager Provide support and encourage booking/attendance of LD/SMI patients. Produce reports and progress updates on attendance.

Triage Social Prescribing referrals Rota management (limited) Assist with the delivery of the Covid vaccination programme as well as other seasonal programmes.

Assist in the production of clinical reports
