Description and responsibilities

We are a niche accounting practice in Hammersmith looking for a full or part-time AAT qualified bookkeeper to assist with some of our amazing clients.

You will play a vital part in our friendly and relaxed office and help keep our clients up to date with their bookkeeping requirements and meet their deadlines in good time.

• Ideally 5 years UK bookkeeping experience or more
• Knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks & MS Office
• Processing purchases, sales and expenses
• Knowledge of double entry and UK VAT rules
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Performing Bank reconciliations
• Answering the telephone when required
• Possible payroll duties if this is something you want to assist with
• AAT qualification an advantage

Remuneration package

• Salary £31,000 to £36,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience
