Friendly and helpful with an enthusiastic can-do/ hands on attitude and always willing to support their store& team?_Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team Brislington, BS4 5NL
This is a mixed role, think part sales, part customer service and part administration.
You will report directly to your store manager and will be assisting in all aspects of the stores sales performance in order to grow and develop the business.
Salary:
£11.06 per hour
Hours of Work:
Rota shifts during store opening times
Customer Service Advisor Duties:
- Advising new and existing customers on the best storage solution for their particular needs
- Letting of rooms
- Selling of merchandise
- Selling of insurance
- Following up enquiries
- Managing existing accounts and general administrative tasks
- Processing of cash / card and BACS payments
- Credit Control
- Develop and sustain sales activities to ensure maximum profit is achieved
- Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance
- Conduct daily health and safety checks and complete any ad hoc basic maintenance tasks
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customerfacing sales and/or retail environment
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and the ability to interpret financial and statistical data
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hold a full driving licence (preferred)
- Computer literate
- Possess strong selling and communication skills
