CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT

Kensington and Chelsea Borough

Salary:
£25K with OTE £45K

Our client, a highly successful multi-office independent agent based in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is seeking a driven and diligent Client Services Consultant.

The roles' purpose is business development and supply generation for the business while offering exceptional customer service to build and nurture strong relationships with our clients while achieving call and market appraisal targets.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for potential clients whilst providing exceptional customer service
Communicating with new clients over the phone, understanding their requirements and identifying their needs for lettings or sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process for clients
Ensure all Residential Data is collected/ordered and mined for business opportunities
Assist in the management of applicants who wish to engage (both UK and overseas)
Be business minded and always work to help the client achieve their goals
Up sell company products and services to our Client Network where possible
Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
Building and maintaining positive relationships by reassuring and guiding clients throughout the opening process
Customer Service background advantageous
Residential Agency experience advantageous

Outstanding telephone manner

Confident and articulate is able to build rapport with clients quickly
Strong organisational and time management skills
Selfstarter, ability to work independently or part of a team
Flexible cando attitude
Confident working to ambitious targets Remains positive and resilient under pressure
