We are looking for an experienced coordinator/administrator with knowledge of minuting meetings, creating case files and collating information.


Ideally you would have experience in healthcare and knowledge of some processes within healthcare, but full training and support can be given.


The role requires you to provide administration support and coordination across the Clinical Quality Governance and Patient Experience Teams, within an assigned portfolio of services to support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

There are number of key meetings that require detailed minutes and recording of actions, attention to detail is therefore key.


Post holders will be required to work with and provide various levels of direct support across their portfolios based on their fluctuating requirements.

The team has a wide geographical spread and so being able to work remotely is key. We have base locations in Hertfordshire, Somerset and Devon and whist you will be able to work from home, easy access to one of these offices would be ideal
