Customer and Sales Support Executive
**Solihull
Circa £28,000 (Pro Rata for Part Time) Depending on experience**
Monday-Friday - Flexible Working hours

(Perfect for someone looking for hours to fit around school hours)


Kerry Collins are delighted to be working for a well-established client, who are currently seeking a Customer and Sales Support Executive to work in their Head Office in Solihull.


Our client being the original manufacturer and global leaders in their field and are looking to expand their ever-growing business.


day to day duties will include:

  • Pro-active and reactive customer service and sales calls
  • Sales and upselling
  • Supporting external Sales team, trainers and engineers
  • Diary Management for Sales team, trainers and engineers
  • Maintaining the CRM to a high degree of accuracy
  • Process orders with high levels of attention to detail
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Team members
  • Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
  • Complaint Handling
To be considered for this exciting Customer and Sales Support Executive role, you will need the following:

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Upselling and supporting the sales team
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic to hit targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and CRMs.
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Preferably to have additional language skills
