McCartneys Llp are currently looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join their successful and expanding team to undertake Commercial and Valuation roles within the company.
The duties of a Surveyor would include a variety of surveying tasks primarily within the Shropshire, Herefordshire Worcestershire / Central Wales area including: Undertaking valuations of residential and commercial properties, Surveying Buildings with defects and preparation of appropriate associated reports.
Undertaking core agency work relating to marketing for sale and rent commercial properties, including the management of a commercial portfolio.
Travelling will be a large and integral part of this role and being in possession of a driving license essential for any applicant.

From £30,000.00 per year
