Our client, a dynamic global market leader with a flexible and supportive working environment, is looking to hire a diligent and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join its talented team initially on an 18-month fixed term contract.


This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent individual to build on previous skills and experience and further develop their skill-set.


Key responsibilities:

  • Check and input incoming invoices.
  • Ensure invoices are properly authorised and coded.
  • Query any discrepancies.
  • Prepare accruals.
  • Maintain files and records.
  • Pay suppliers and send remittances.
  • Pay suppliers and send remittances.
  • Fixed Assets, enter new assets depreciate and reconcile.
  • Sales Ledger reconciliation.
  • Pre-Payments, release entries and reconcile.
  • Purchase Ledger reconciliation
  • Intercompany reconciliation and agree to all other subsidiaries.
  • Adhoc duties as requested
Key skills

  • 23 years' proven experience within a similar, fastpaced role.
  • Studying towards your AAT qualification.
  • Microsoft Excel / Word working knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated attitude and Attention to detail


This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Finance Assistant to build and develop their skills In a reputable company whilst having a flexible hybrid working culture being in the office only 2 days a week.
