Customer Service Coordinator - Chesterfield - £20,000 - £23,500

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a global, growing and diverse organisation who are leaders in their field as they look to expand their customer services function with an experienced Customer Service Coordinator.

This new and exciting role will suit someone with previous customer service experience who has worked within a fast paced and commercial environment.

As Customer Service Coordinator you will be joining a warm friendly team who pride themselves on providing an excellent service to all their customers.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Order receipt, processing and management of customer inquiries
  • Management of service requests (e.g. samples) and professionally handle and assist in resolving complaints
  • Followup of orders and managing timely deliveries
  • Coordinate the logistics in relation to the order processing
  • Monitoring and chasing payments over the phone
  • Supporting the Customer Development Manager
  • Maintaining and building good relationships with the customers
  • Monitor and tracking of customer contracts and agreements ensuring products are taken as agreed
  • Regular checking of slowmoving stock by checking stock reports and updating action taken
  • Responsible for all aftersales customer enquires

Hours of work: 8:30am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday) 8:30am - 4pm (Friday) Some flex available on hours hours per week


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
  • Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft AX desirable)
