My client is a National law firm with their main presence based in Newcastle.

With a long pedigree of work generating from recommendations and previous clients, they have a unique opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their Commercial Litigationdepartment.

Key aspects of the role include:
Commercial Litigation
Property Litigation

The role will also involve working alongside colleagues in our Company Commercial, Employment and Commercial Property teams to minimize litigation for existing clients, work to resolve contractual disputes pre proceedings and also deal with contested mattersup to trial.

An up to date working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation process, a foundation in Company Law is needed, alongside Contract Law, Property Law and Law of Tort, together with an ability to build relationships with a broad range of clients fromindividuals, partnerships and limited companies from a variety of different sectors.
