We ensure our customers are kept safe and informed, and no breaches are logged, or fines received by IP&I.

We understand policy, shape solutions, and engage directly with 3rd parties, or other Labs and Platforms, to deliver improvements in customer outcomes.

Within the Pensions Core Lab, we follow the Fastpath methodology, and our initiatives are typically led by Product Owners (PO) and Engineering Leads (EL), who work with their Project/Programme Managers, Business and Data Analysts (BA/DA) and various Engineering colleagues to deliver our agreed outcomes.

  • Encourage and empower the lab to self-manage, utilise feedback for continuous learning and improvement in efficient and incremental value delivery.
  • Enable the team to understand and visualise the optimal sequence of work, measure and understand their performance through metrics (throughput, cycle time, happiness etc) and use this as the basis for their improvement activity.
  • Promote psychological safety and wellbeing creating a safe, trusting, and open environment for the team.
  • Coach and support the lab to identify blockers/barriers to effective delivery and remove
  • Learning/curious mindset, energy, and enthusiasm for creative disruption and to continuously strive to improve the organisation, team, and your knowledge and skills.
  • Helping the lab team increase their capability to achieve their best and provide support as required.
