Supporting them with the recruitment of a Contract Development and Compliance Manager to join their thriving inLondon.


What is expected of the Contract Manager?

  • The Global Contract Development and Compliance Manager is a key member of the team.
  • Your goal is to build a global contract and compliance framework that addresses the needs of global customers wishing to expand from their existing printbased relationships.
  • You will also be dealing with new global customers whose initial relationship might be in audiovisual communications, workplace software and services, or intelligent storage solutions.
  • The team works with sales, legal, service design and delivery, and technical colleagues across the globe to design and draft new contractual vehicles and processes to fit the needs of its global customers.
  • This exciting role will require an individual who is able to understand and evaluate business needs and responses but can also document those requirements and commitments with clarity.

What we look for in a Contract Manager?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industries or disciplines: bid, risk & compliance, legal, contract negotiation, pricing, product marketing, procurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive writing and the ability to both coach and communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in common Microsoft tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A second language would be beneficial
