My client a Global Technology company based in Chapeltown has an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger to join their Finance department on a permanent basis due to continued growth in the UK market.
As the Purchase Ledger you'll report into the Management Accountant and be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial reporting and SLAs.
Key Tasks:
- Posting and maintaining of Invoices
- Support in Payment Processing
- Posting Credit Card Statements
- Posting Bank Statements
- Investigation Supplier Queries
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Creating Supporting documents for the Balance Sheet
- Reconciling Balance Sheet Accounts
- Posting Expenses
- Additional to these specific tasks there will be adhoc tasks given by the management accountant as and when required
- To perform adhoc finance duties and providing cover for holidays and sickness
In return the company offer a superb package consisting of base salary upto £25,000pa with an incredible 25% bonus, 25 days annual leave + stats + birthday.
