Senior Secretary - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist with the organisation of events, conferences, and special projects.
- Maintain and organise electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
The Successful Applicant:
Senior Secretary - Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
