Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and tenants
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to track and document maintenance activities

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
