Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs

Experience:

Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and tenants
Proficiency in using CMMS software to track and document maintenance activities

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
