Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Europe and Latin America Service Hub that supports employees and managers across Europe and Latin America, with their Recruitment/Talent Acquisition coordination.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly into the Head of HR Service Hub EU/LaTam with a dotted line into the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner over at MRSG.
Role Responsibilities:
As part of the UK&I Regional Talent Acquisition team, you will support excellent TA delivery across all brands and entities:
Interview Coordination
Resource Desk
- Work with Talent Acquisition, support with administration of worker request forms and retrieving approvals by Adobe sign
- Administer new user profiles into SuccessFactors as well as onboarding and offboarding of workers
- Support contingent worker extensions
Reporting
- Analyse, review, coordinate, distribute and enhance both MRSG TA report as well as regional UK&I TA report, sharing successes and improvements
- Work with relevant HR teams, locally and international, to pull data together to create monthly reports
- Owning shared data sources and ensuring data integrity is kept up to date
Regional Collaboration
- Attend and contribute to weekly regional TA meetings and offsites
Other
- Maintain shared TA shared mailbox with relation to interviews and resource desk tasks across regional TA.
Key Skills and Experience:
_ Essential_
- 1+ years experience of recruitment admin either in Agency, inhouse or RPO model or in an administration/coordinator role looking to move into Talent Acquisition
- High level of IT literacy with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent diary management and ability to quickly prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify inconsistencies, trends and patterns when presenting data
- Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and change, with rapidly changing priorities
Desirable_**- Experience working with or in a highly matrixed and global organisation
- Experience of MS Teams
- Experience using a HR system or ATS
