Full time and Silverstone based with two days working from home.

MLL telecom employees a field team of 45 engineers ,located across the UK. The role will be working alongside the Field Manager. Completing administration tasks relating to the field team.

Responsibilities:

Processing Holiday requests and entering details on Schedule.
Checking timesheets are correctly completed by the engineers weekly, comparing against other databases to ensure compliance
Checking Expense claims from engineers comply with company policy.
Monthly breakdown and reporting of vehicle invoices
Daily interaction with engineers.
Reporting on Field Operational Tasks monthly
Engineer Performance reporting into Bamboo.

Your skills and expertise:

Excellent IT skills with MS 36
Knowledge of Bamboo HR
Good communication skills
Navision Knowledge
Finance experience would be an advantage.
