What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of competitive tenders and estimates for construction projects.

Supporting Project Managers with CVR's during the construction phase across a wide variety of project types within our Infrastructureand Energy divisions.

Post contract financial management and final account settlement for major and minor works projects.

Ensuring that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety at all times, you will maintain complete records for all work carried out.

What are we looking for?

BSc in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management
Good data interrogation skills
Bid knowledge including solid contractual knowledge
You will have the ability to form effective working relationships with your teams, clients and contractors and experience of managing multiple projects to time, cost and performance constraints agreed with internal project sponsors.
