The Company:

This company is a rapidly growing supplier of cutting edge business optimisation software.


Assessment Day Online - 7th December


This varied role offers an exciting blend of technical consulting, business analyst, account management, technical and project management responsibilities in a fast-growing software company, based in the East Midlands.

You can work remotely, in the office or hybrid - it's completely up to you

There are four rotations during your first year with the company, before you are placed within the team that best fits your skill-set


These are:

  • Implementation (projectmanagement focused, working mainly with new clients)
  • Account Management (supporting existing clients)
  • Internal Services (working on more technical configuration and datafocused projects)
  • Product Costings (pricing various software projects and products)


You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and assisting software developers with creating and developing custom-made solutions for your clients.

You will shadow seniors to give you an insight and understanding of the client-facing elements of the role and you will work on analytical tasks, supporting clients and your colleagues with technical and data-focused projects.

  • Configuring complex software systems
  • Providing technical support
  • Testing software
  • Supporting senior consultants and working with developers to ensure that work is completed on schedule and in line with clients' expectations

Requirements:


  • 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in computer science, maths, physics, engineering or related
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications
  • An understanding of programming is ideal (you will not be developing software but an understanding is useful)
