Role & Responsibilities

  • At every stage of the project lifecycle, support is provided to help with and address technical challenges
  • Working alongside IT team that mainly supports, maintains and develops the organisations implementation using Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Act as an enthusiastic problem solver
Skills & Qualifications

  • Capabilities to support a number of complex environments with multiple parties providing services.
  • Salesforce Certified
  • A proven track record of expanding, supporting, and improving Salesforce
