Here at settle we are looking for an Estates labourer to join the team to ensure that our estates are kept cleanly and safe ensuring our customers and colleagues have a healthy environment to live in.

Working both in a team and independently you will deliver a proactive and responsive service to our customers and their homes.


Requirements:


_ Outline of Key Responsibilities..._

  • Assist in Cleaning, Groundsmaintenance and bulk waste removal service to our customers
  • Assist in clearance of land, houses and gardens where required
  • Removal of bulk waste will include assisting finding the culprit so that recharging can be considered
  • Work with our customers to ensure estate matters are reported
  • Ensure our estates are kept in a presentable and safe manner
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a brilliant service is offered
  • Assist in upcycling and givingback days

_We are looking for someone who has..._

  • Experience of labouring in estates
  • Experience in grounds maintenance tool use
  • Experience of cleaning
  • Experience in Health & Safety at work
  • Capacity to work as part of a team
  • Be able to identify risks and hazards and carry out emergency planning
  • Be a good communicator
