As an Administrative Assistant in our finance-focused team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support.


Your responsibilities will include coordinating, monitoring, and distributing daily and weekly service level updates, as well as handling ad hoc management information requests with efficiency and precision.

Additionally, you'll manage automation elements to streamline processes, supporting both your manager and the wider department as needed.

Maintaining our team's Standard Level Agreement (SLA) while offering guidance and assistance to advisers wishing to gain approval or guidance on their advertising or stationery material, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.


You'll also play a vital role in monitoring the Financial Promotion Mailbox, ensuring timely responses and effective communication across the team.

In this role, your excellent organisational and planning skills will be essential for managing a diverse range of tasks effectively.

Your keen attention to detail will ensure accuracy and precision in all your work, while your strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Your analytical skills will be put to good use in producing and monitoring management information, contributing to informed decision-making.

Developing and nurturing positive working relationships with key stakeholders will be fundamental to your success in this role, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.


With 2-3 years' experience in a retail financial services environment, along with a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, you bring valuable expertise to the team.

Your IT literacy, coupled with a strong attention to detail and understanding of risk indicators, will be invaluable assets.


While a basic understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FCA, RDR, MMR, MCD, MiFID II, and GDPR is preferred, your commitment to consumer duty and adherence to industry standards will be central to your contribution to our team's success.
