Are you an experienced Company Secretarial professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our company's governance and compliance functions where you'll provide expert and appropriate advice to Regional Boards and Committees and in compliance with Terms of Reference and delegated authorities.
We're looking for someone who is confident and has substantial experience of working in a regulated environment with Boards and Committees.
