_Personal Assistant/Carer_

Driving Licence Required_

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA/Carer to assist a bright and polite man in his thirties affected by a significant physical disability and is reliant on his wheelchair for his independence.

You will be required, Thursdays between 9:00 a.m.

and 2:30 p.m, which is a great chance to work around your childcare needs and cover extra hours and annual leave in replace of his main carer with adequate notice provided.

The individual will require support to accomplish routine tasks such as household chores, daily activities, errands and fantastic daily outings of his choice, in addition to infrequent medical appointments.

He will need help with all aspects of personal care and will rely on the experience of his carer to provide this, such as prompting and managing medication, toileting, and bathing, while using a ceiling hoist.

In order to be considered for this position, an enhanced DBS check will be required, covered at the cost of the employer, as well as a clean UK driving licence with no current or previous driving offences.
