We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team based in Bromsgrove.

This responsible role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to be reactive and deal with potential issues quickly is paramount.

If you have managed the scheduling of engineer works previously, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

• A salary of between £25,000 - £27,000 for this role
• 25 days + bank holidays per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that planned maintenance, small jobs & emergency call outs are scheduled and logged onto the CRM system
• Electronically send scheduled work to the relevant engineer
• Prioritise and assess scheduling, considering engineers locations and skills set
• Deal with all queries that may arise in a timely and customer-focused manner

Requirements

• Ideal experience in a similar role
• Strong IT skills and ability to pick up CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment
• Strong communication ability, both written and verbal
