Position:

Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant at Collins Debden Pte Ltd.

You will report to the Head of Sales.

Your employment will be on a
Full-time basis.

  • The duties of this position are set out in the below Job Description. You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.
  • You will be required to perform your duties at the
    Glasgow (Queen Street) office, or elsewhere as reasonably directed by the employer.
  • Your ordinary hours of work will be
    35 hours per week, plus any reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfil your duties or as otherwise required by the employer.

General Functions & Tasks:

Manage the day-to-day running of e-commerce platforms to guarantee a smooth customer experience including, but not limited to:


  • Stock replenishment
  • Website updates and monitoring
  • New product uploads
  • Customer support for online orders.
  • Execute online marketing campaigns


Liaise with external agencies to ensure paid search ads and social media campaigns are run in line with website events, new product releases and wider brand strategy.


  • Assist with analytical reporting of websites and sales platforms periodically.
  • Coordinate with various 3PL's to manage incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Blogger and Influencer outreach finding, contacting, liaising with and working with influencers to increase brand awareness and encourage sales conversion.
  • Digital asset creation assisting with creating of digital assets such as product imagery, and website banners through photoshoots, Photoshop (or similar).
  • Liaise with colleagues in UK, Australia and Singapore for sharing best practice.
  • Conduct regular audits on all online platforms to ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for the customer journey, including meeting regulatory and company branding requirement.
  • Developing an exceptionally high level of product & industry knowledge to ensure highest level of service is provided.
  • Strategically work & maintain relationships with accounts & customers to create/develop/initiate plans to maximise opportunities & market presence.
  • Undertake competitor analysis and recommend/implement actions whilst ensuring timely execution.
  • Support the General Manager in creating/implementing process/plans & ensuring successful daily operations of the business.

and marketing experience


Advantageous skills and experience:


  • Knowledge/experience of CMS, specifically Shopify, would be desirable
  • Strong, analytical background
  • Editing skills, such as Photoshop or Canva etc.

Pay:

From £21,000.00 per year
