To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an
experienced Change Management Consultant to support large, global transformation programs.
We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills and are committed to deliver with excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will use project management, organisation, problem solving and communication skills to become a trusted partner to our clients and deliver meaningful change.
This role is focussed on change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, and business readiness).
The role is home-based and will require some short-term travel within London and across Europe. Applications close on Dec 10, 2023. London based permanent hires only.Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage complex portfolios of change initiatives
- Own stakeholder assessment and change impact analysis
- Align and motivate leaders and workforce around change initiatives
- Develop and execute personadriven communications and engagement plans. Assess business readiness and execute communication plans
- Transform organizational performance and culture
- Manage transformationrelated people changes and cost reductions
- Be responsible for daytoday program management of change activities. Manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops, regular meetings. Track and share progress, risks, and issues and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
Qualifications
- Experience in a global management consulting firm for 5+ years
- Experienced in global transformation projects as a change practitioner
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions in a clear, easy to understand way
- Expert in Change frameworks & Methods (Impact Assessment, Change execution, Change Measurement, Stakeholder Management)
- Experienced in designing and facilitating engagement plans, workshops and townhalls change agenda
- Ability to build trusted client relationships at all levels. Act as a positive force for change
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- A team player, a selfstarter with a 'can do' attitude and who understands that the best solutions come from collaborating internally and with the client
- Strategic thinker who can deal well with ambiguity and influence and shape direction of stakeholders

£45,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
