Boxtree are currently working with a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Chester who are looking for a skilled account handler to join their team.

This role includes the opportunity to shadow the Account Executives within the business and undertake training to eventually become an Account Executive yourself.

Responsibilities:

Looking after a book of existing clients
Supporting the account executives with renewals, midterm adjustments and new business
Retaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service
Look after both personal and commercial lines clients
Chase clients for premiums and documentation when necessary

Required:

2 years commercial insurance experience, within broking
Personal or commercial lines experience is essential
Use of Applied Epic or Open GI is preferred, but not essential
