Your Supercharged Role:
As our Key Holder you're not just a key holder; you're a captain of style, a master of customer delight, and a guardian of store secrets Your mission includes:

  • Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day.
  • Rocking the branded customer experience, making our shoppers' day while managing the nittygritty of sales, merchandising, and all that jazz.
  • Keeping an eagle eye on store security you're the superhero of the security system
  • Being the customer's BFF, helping them find their perfect pair of shoes and other fab accessories.
  • Giving the store cashiers a highfive when things get busy.
  • Teaming up with the crew to hit those sales goals out of the park.
  • Unleashing your inner fashionista to promote our accessories and apparel too
  • Being the mastermind behind improving store performance and boosting those sales.
  • Making the store look absolutely fabulous with your merchandising magic.
