About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join the Customer Experience Team in a role where you will have a direct positive impact on the student and visitor experience at Edge Hill University.


You will provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional reception service and receive all customers, guests and visitors to Edge Hill University.

Facilitating excellent customer service, you will carry out general administrative tasks and provide customers with information on the institution and its activities.


About You

As Customer Service Assistant
, you will:

Have excellent customer service skills.

  • Be able to respond calmly under pressure to enquiries and multiple requests.
  • Be able to plan, organise and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Be selfmotivated, positive and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good IT skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
