Key Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting the Finance Manager by matching, checking, coding, and posting purchase invoices
  • Reconciling statements as and when required
  • Monitoring and reporting on employee timesheets to ensure wages and overtime are entered correctly for payroll
  • Managing Customer Care enquiries producing reports, regularly updating CRM software, and effectively communicating with internal and external sales teams
  • Preparing documents for new starters and booking training courses when required
  • Creating compelling content for monthly staff newsletter
  • Supporting the sales and senior management team with various administrative tasks
  • Ordering of items such as stationary, uniforms and any other equipment necessary

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
