What you will do in your working day

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing information and recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and foster a positive working environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about features, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

What to expect before starting

Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost

Pay:
£15,000.00 per year
