(£26,193 - £29,138 PRO RATA)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educators to join our

of our Early Years team in a school that prioritises developing practitioners and hones

taking a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational

needs, maximising their achievement and ability to succeed.

We are looking for:

  • A qualified practitioner who holds NNEB or equivalent,
  • Experience of working with SEND,
  • A passion for children's learning and development,
  • A willingness to try new things and to help develop new strategies in
curriculum and assessment,

  • A person who can develop their own practice through a coaching model,
  • A person who has high aspirations for themselves and a commitment to
further development.

The work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and at Albion we
