At STEM Recruitment we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator in Edinburgh.


The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Assit Business Development Manager to provide an excellent sales and client services plan to existing and new clients.
  • Manage regular customer accounts, building good client relationships.
  • Resourcing new leads to help bring on new clients and retain current ones.
  • Review commercial and service performance in open discussion with customer.
  • Agree joint action plan to improve commercial & service performance.
  • Scan the market for opportunities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
