We are looking for a season Accounts Payable expert for a growing Design Agency based in Central London.

This Accounts Payable Supervisor role will be responsible for e the Accounts Payable function, ensuring all invoices are received, authorised and processed in a timely manner; manage the weekly payment runs; manage the implementation of new processes.

You will also be responsible for 2 staff members so we are looking for someone who is a natural leader and someone who is highly reliable and hands on.

Responsibilities:

Manage and provide support to the Accounts Payable team, ensuring all invoices are received, authorised and processed in a timely manner
Manage advance cash and petty cash procedures and reconciliations
Manage the weekly payment runs
Manage the AP month end process ensuring deadlines are met
Manage the implementation of new AP processes
Provide back up for daily cash flow as required
Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and authorised in a timely manner, liaising with Production team as required
Other ad hoc tasks including requests from the CFO, Group FD and UK Financial Controller
Manage freelancer invoicing process including implementation of improved controls

Skills:

A minimum of 2 years experience within an Accounts Payable role
Prior supervisory/managerial experience is essential
IT proficient with a good level of Excel and Netsuite would be highly advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player and great brand ambassador
A background within Media or Entertainment is also highly beneficial
High level of personal organisation and ability to influence others to ensure deadlines are achieved and quality outcomes delivered
