Client Details
An expanding Housing Association are in need of a Contract Support Officer to join their team.


Description

The key responsibilities:

  • To support the provision of a proactive customer focused approach to the delivery of services. Using satisfaction data to shape the service and evidence improvements.
  • To support to the Maintenance Contracts Manager in the administration of maintenance contracts including attending meetings and taking of minutes.
  • Produce performance reports from Active-H housing management system on repairs and voids delivery performance.
  • To monitor and report on repairs and voids performance against Key Performance Indicators and the teams' delivery targets.
  • To verify and update planned maintenance component renewals within the Active-H housing management system, as and when components are renewed.
  • To produce and distribute detailed, monthly, and quarterly reports to evidence repair performance, for contractor performance meetings.
  • To raise orders and inspections under the direction of the Maintenance Contracts Manager.
  • To manage the contractor valuation payment process with the Contract Surveyors.
  • To prepare "Good News" stories for publication internally and in the press

Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration ideally within the Housing sector with some experience of delivering a repairs function
  • Up to date knowledge of administration processes and software packages including Microsoft and Active H housing management system.
  • Knowledge of maintenance functions within the Housing sector
