Description

We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Ilchester factory site.
You will participate in a small team to ensure the smooth running of the busy Warehouse department.

Duties and responsibilities:

Competently undertake all the responsibilities and activities of entry-level, plus, additional responsibilities associated with semi-skilled;

Loading and unloading of lorries
Taking bookings calls
Daily fit checks
Weekly racking inspection checks
Random stock checks and date checking as defined by the warehouse manager
Working knowledge of the ERP system so that you can perform the following tasks:Booking in goods in materials

Dispatching finished goods
Stock location and relocations (under supervision until competent)
Stock counts (under supervision until competent)

Quality assurance

Dating goods in
Carrying out temperature checks
Foreign body checks
Label procedures
Recording of all incoming and outgoing goods for any future audit trails and traceability issues

This is a Monday to Thursday Role, working alternative shift Patterns:
Week 1 : 5am to 3pm - Monday to Thursday

Week 2: 2.45pm to 1am - Monday to Wednesday & 2.45pm-12am on Thursday

Hours worked after 10pm or before 6am carry with it a £3.25 Night Shift premium on top of the hourly rate.
